Question 1

Is this product available in my area?

Accepted Answer

We work with customers across New Zealand from Auckland and Queenstown. Ask us to confirm this product's availability, delivery and installation arrangements for your address in the quote.

Question 2

Can I see this product in person before buying?

Accepted Answer

Our Auckland and Queenstown showrooms have display cabinetry and finish samples. Contact us before visiting to check whether this exact product or finish is on display, or book a free initial consultation.

Question 3

What is the lead time for this product?

Accepted Answer

Most kitchens are installed within 10 weeks of design sign-off. A single cabinet or supply-only order may have a different schedule; confirm the timing for your order in the quote.

Question 4

Does this product come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Our Terms provide a 10-year warranty on workmanship and installation, with supplier warranties passed on for materials and hardware. Ask us to confirm the cover for your supply and installation arrangement. These warranties are additional to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where it applies, and do not limit those rights.

Question 5

Can I customise the dimensions of this product?

Accepted Answer

Our cabinetry range uses standard heights and depths, with widths selected to suit your layout. Your designer confirms permitted sizes and any changes on the approved drawings before manufacture.
