There's no Wellington showroom, so we run the same remote process as the rest of the North Island outside Auckland: a video consultation and 3D design, material samples sent to you, then a measure-up visit and an installation visit from our Auckland-based team.

Wellington's hillside sections and older character homes around Thorndon, Karori, and Island Bay often mean tighter access for installation and less flexibility in the existing footprint than a flat-section suburban home — we plan the measure-up around that from the start rather than discovering access constraints on install day.
